Wildwood Point is one of the oldest and largest sub-divisions on Lake Gaston. Located on the north shore in the northeast quadrant of the main lake at Lizard Creek, and consisting of approximately 350 acres divided into 549 Lots with approximately 456 property owners. Wildwood Point hosts a variety of residential and several commercial properties located on the main lake and Lizard Creek as well as non-waterfront lots. With amenities that include 2 private boat ramps, a clubhouse,
swimming pool, beach, swimming area, boat docks and several parks. Wildwood Point has a mix of both full-time and part-time owners and residents as well as short-term and long-term rental properties. Several undeveloped lots still remain for those wishing to build their own homes. Wildwood Point is a Covenant community. Upon purchasing property in Wildwood Point Subdivision you are agreeing to follow and comply with the Covenant, current By-Laws of Wildwood Point and all Rules and Regulation which help to maintain the integrity of our community and its many amenities.

This site also offers ongoing news and information (via blog posts) to our community members.  We
are a diverse group of neighbors whom strive to share in the enjoyment and upkeep of our property.
Posts are added throughout the year with news and information that we think all members may be
interested in.  As an outsider, it may give you a feel for the way we share our neighborhood and lives
as a friends-and-family community.
