Directors shall be elected biennially by ballot of the members and shall serve until their successors are elected and qualified.

Elections are held annually at the September Business meeting, with 3 or 4 members elected each year to maintain continuity on the board.

Any vacancy occurring after election shall be filled by appointment of the remaining members of the Board of Directors.
